Qualification: This is a professional position, and as such, we require, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex healthcare and financial datasets to generate actionable insights, reports, and dashboards.
  • Lead end-to-end business analysis and technical specification for data integration, business intelligence, and enterprise-wide reporting initiatives.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate functional and business requirements.
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, SAP Business Objects, and OpenText BI.
  • Perform data modeling using normalized (3NF) and dimensional (star/snowflake) schemas, and define data architecture using DFDs.
  • Define and implement requirements for premium billing, contribution accounting, payment reconciliation, and financial adjustments.
  • Develop BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, test plans, and UAT cases to support software delivery and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across product, QA, and development to support claims processing and adjudication.
  • Manage structured healthcare data and regulatory compliance processes, including HIPAA, EDI 834/837 transactions, and URAC standards.
  • Design middleware integrations using Web Services (SOAP/WSDL) and REST APIs with data in JSON/XML formats.
  • Conduct data validation, test case execution, and defect tracking to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Lead Agile sprint ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and maintain artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.
  • Support DevOps-aligned task management, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and business expectations.
  • Present data insights, trends, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and executive teams.
