Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
Job Description: As a Data Analytics Engineer You will be doing
- Designing and maintaining data systems and databases: this includes fixing coding errors in Python and SQL programming language and other data-related problems.
- Using R programming language for mining data from primary and secondary sources, then reorganizing said data in a format that can be easily read by either the organization or any machine.
- Using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to trends and patterns that could be utilized for diagnostic and predictive analytics. Preparing reports for the organization that effectively communicate trends, patterns and predictions using relevant datasets
- Collaborate with programmers, developers, and organizational leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements, recommend system modifications and develop policies for data governance
- Creating appropriate documentation that allows stakeholders to understand steps of the data analysis process and replicate the analysis if necessary
- Utilizing technical skills in SDLC to manage Agile product lifecycle in the organization
- Collaborate with the Scrum Master to utilize more efficiency in weekly Sprint sessions
- Creating design documents like data flow diagrams and process flow charts utilizing MS VISIO and UML
- Creating Use Case Scenarios for the business process
