Experience: 2+ years
Qualification: This is a professional position, and as such, we require, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Cybersecurity, Information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identity & Access Management:
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships in Active Directory and Entra ID P2.
- Support user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access modifications in alignment with security policies.
Security Group & Entitlement Reviews:
- Conduct security group reviews to ensure proper access control and compliance with policies.
- Perform user entitlement reviews, identifying excessive or outdated permissions and working with stakeholders for remediation.
- Develop Role Based Access Control (RBAC) matrix for team portfolio products.
ServiceNow Ticket Management:
- Respond to and resolve IAM-related support tickets in ServiceNow, including account access issues, permission changes, and troubleshooting authentication errors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline IAM service requests and improve response times.
Workday ERP Support:
- Assist with identity and access management for Workday, ensuring appropriate access controls for users.
- Support integration efforts between Workday and IAM platforms, ensuring seamless identity lifecycle management.
Compliance & Security:
- Ensure IAM processes align with NIST 800-53 and other public sector security requirements.
- Maintain documentation of access control policies, procedures, and audit findings.
