• Must be able to develop custom systems integration solution components as dictated by business requirements.
• Must be able to Support APIc (Azure) integration, file storage, and secure file transfer technologies.
• Use SAFe Agile methodology to deliver solutions within the structured time frame.
• Perform necessary testing in all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Perform deployment and code-merge activities by working with both onshore and offshore teams.
• Support new initiatives for the team where we will build capabilities using Pega CDH (Pega Customer Decision Hub).
• Contribute subject matter knowledge from both Pega CDH experience and Pega CDH certification training.
• Configure database and system integrations and design through Models, APIs, and Database Integration.
• Develop Pega application using Pega Rules Process Commander (PRPC)
• Facilitate the new application development on Pega 8.8.
• Lead design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, as well as Action & Offer Management life cycle.
• Configure Analytical models (Adaptive, Predictive, VBD), Alert Designer, Propensities, Scoring and Modeling (CAR and so on), Customer interaction history, Profiles, Journeys, identification, and matching in Pega CDH.
