Experience: 2+ years

Qualification: This is a professional position, and as such, we require, at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, information technology, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects.

Job Description: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies based on design requirements and specifications.
• Write and execute test cases to ensure proper test coverage and identify coverage gaps.
• Create and maintain a Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) for test coverage tracking.
• Perform Functional, Regression, and UAT testing and document test results.
• Identify, document, and manage defects, collaborating with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Track testing progress across different phases and proactively raise risks as needed.
• Effectively communicate testing progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Conduct system functionality demos for clients and involved partners.
