Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, or combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a Bachelor’s degree.

Job description:

  • Coordination of Business Analysts activities, ensuring a focused mindset, a proper schedule and facilitating overall delivery of results.
  • Point of contact with Head of Delivery for consultancy in order to investigate systems, identifying options for improving business systems and bridging the needs of the business with the use of information technology.
  • Gathering results from business analysis, identifying, and recommending best solutions that enable the organization to efficiently achieve its goals.
  • Timely and effective alignment with key stakeholders including prompt communication of issues and track of activities ensuring on time delivery.
  • Keeping high degree of professional judgment and ability to generate trust.
  • Deep understanding of operating systems principles and objectives with the responsibility to considerate the impact of individual actions on the systems and the responsibility to communicate concerns and improvement ideas
  • Understanding of the business and ability to identify relevant issues; use of knowledge of the business to proactively support Business Analysts, teams, departments, and/or the organization.
  • Analysis for the most complex requests breaking down articulated problems and issues into sub-components; thoroughly examining the costs, benefits, and risks of various options prior to selecting a particular approach; explanation/justification of decisions in a logical and systematic way.
  • Project Initiation Document preparation, presenting the needed achievements and the quality measures expressed in terms of broad outcomes that the business requires rather than specific functions the system may perform.
  • Building competencies and enforcing Business Analysts pool, ensuring proper training, and assigning analysis taking into account strengths and professional needs.
